Guarantee / Returns
We take pride in offering high quality products. We hope that you’re happy with the personalized products available here. If you need to return a product, please first contact us so we can ensure that everything goes smoothly with your product return. We cannot accept returns without authorization.
Email correspondence regarding returns should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com.
Credits-refunds for authorized returns will be issued within 30 days from receipt. Merchandise must be in original packaging; and, in the case of non-personalized products, it must be in sellable condition. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged for returned items. We cannot accept any returns of items after 30 days of receipt.
No refunds will be given for shipping costs.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods will be shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping.
Most orders ship within 15 business days from when your artwork is approved.
Sales tax will be assessed for orders that are shipped to states where taxes are applicable
